nnreddit-rpc-call: ‘nnreddit-rpc-request’: response timed out #91

Hi, i installed gnus for emacs and then nnreddit.
When i start gnus there is no way i can authenticate for reddit.
There is a reddit group when i connect it connects and when i press u to
subscribe to groups i get: nnreddit-rpc-call: ‘nnreddit-rpc-request’: response timed out

How can i get nnreddit to work under Gnus?

Mebbe try again with make cask, then make test-run-interactive

Then i get this:

Brah, make cask, not make Cask. And apparently you don't have python3.8 installed.

Nothing about emacs ever "just works." Gnus, in particular, is singularly user-hostile. Thanks for your interest, but I'd move on.
